
Frances Grant brings over a decade of dedicated experience in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art sector, as well as the disability and not-for-profit sectors across the Northern Territory and New South Wales.
At Deicke Richards, Frances leads the practice’s communications, content strategy, and marketing efforts, helping to articulate the firm’s voice and values through proposals, publications, and digital storytelling. She works closely with architects, urban designers, and leadership to coordinate messaging that aligns with the practice’s commitment to social purpose, equity, and community-centred design.
Frances is passionate about harnessing communications for positive social impact and is motivated by opportunities to bring voice and visibility to underrepresented communities and to shape narratives that support design for social justice and inclusion.
