We are pleased to have recently welcomed three new staff members to the Deicke Richards team; Molly Read as Office Coordinator and Lara Damelian and Zac Gambley as Architectural Graduates.

Molly’s chief passion is to provide support for all aspects of the creative industry, with a special interest in architecture. She studied a Bachelor of Music (Popular Music) at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, achieving an award for academic excellence across each year of study. She has extensive experience in creative administration, helping an office tick by prioritising community and an inclusive culture within her work. With a background in contemporary music practice, she has managed an independent music business with a portfolio of experience spanning between Australia and the UK.

Lara is a former competitive surfer with over a year’s experience in architectural practice since graduating her Masters. In her role at Deicke Richards she is contributing to projects that span housing, community, and education. With a strong interest in socially responsive and environmentally conscious design, Lara brings curiosity and a thoughtful approach to her work, exploring how architecture can positively shape everyday life.

Zac recently graduated from the University of Queensland and has experience working on residential and community and civic projects. He also has experience and interest in furniture design and making. Zac is interested in architecture that is socially responsible and responds to place while accommodating the needs of diverse users and occupants. He is interested in projects that employ clear ideas that are resolved with beauty and simplicity.
