Molly Read, Office Coordinator
Molly Read is the Office Coordinator at Deicke Richards, providing day-to-day support that helps the practice operate smoothly and with intent. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and collaborators, Molly plays a central role in shaping the welcoming, people-focused culture of the studio, while also supporting the broader team through clear communication, organisation, and care.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Music (Popular Music) from the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University, graduating in 2022. Alongside her role at Deicke Richards, she manages an independent music business as a producer and performing musician, with experience working across Australia and the UK. This creative background informs a highly adaptable, collaborative approach to her work, and a strong sensitivity to people, process and environment.
With three years of professional experience in administration, Molly brings particular strengths in communication, coordination, and community-facing engagement. She is motivated by a people-centric and community-focused approach, aligning closely with Deicke Richards’ commitment to social purpose and collective impact. Through her role, Molly is focused on creating an environment where colleagues, clients and visitors feel supported, connected and at ease, enabling the practice to do its best work in service of the wider community.
