Cameron Changuion, Architectural Graduate

Cam has gained four years of professional experience across residential, commercial, and educational projects. He brings this experience to Deicke Richards, where he seeks to contribute to the social value of the firm’s projects.

Cam completed his Master of Architecture degree at the University of Queensland. He spent a semester abroad at the Delft University of Technology, majoring in the design of social housing. These lessons inspired Cam’s interest in equitable housing models and explore how architects can drive social change. His dedication was recognised in 2025 when he was awarded the Excellence in Architecture award for the Master’s program at the University of Queensland.

Outside of the office, Cam enjoys woodworking and crafting. Some of his timber furniture designs were featured in the 2026 Architects’ Art Exhibition. He stays connected with the architecture community by tutoring courses at the University of Queensland and running urban sketching groups.

Cam has always valued people for bringing life and meaning to buildings. At Deicke Richards, he prioritises collaboration—not only with staff, but with clients, builders, and consultants.
