Leica Adams is the Bookkeeper at Deicke Richards, bringing more than 20 years of experience across finance and the construction industry. She holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and is a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, providing the practice with reliable, well-governed financial management that supports its day-to-day operations.

In her role, Leica is responsible for maintaining the financial systems that enable the smooth running of the business. Her work ensures that project teams and leadership can focus on delivering architecture with the confidence that the practice’s financial processes are accurate, compliant, and well managed. Leica has a particular personal interest in Deicke Richards’ work in aged care and education projects due to their relevance to her own family and lived experience.

Leica’s expertise is informed by a deep understanding of both construction and finance. In addition to her professional bookkeeping career, she and her husband operate a construction company, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of the building industry and property market. This dual perspective allows her to support the practice with practical, informed financial advice.
